Using Clem
These terms govern your use of clem.m4labs.xyz and the Clem workspace, operated by M4 Labs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement, or have any legally required permission. Contact support@m4labs.xyz with questions.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Passwords, Google sign-in and supported verification methods can be managed in security settings. Do not share or sell access to your account.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to deliver the service and carry out your instructions. You must have the necessary rights to upload or use it. Provider terms may affect generated outputs, which may not be unique or eligible for legal protection.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clem for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, or interference with the service. Do not try to bypass security, account isolation, usage limits or provider restrictions. Imported skills and documents are supplied by users; review them before use.
AI and third-party services
AI outputs can contain errors, omissions or misleading statements. Review results and verify sources and calculations before relying on them. Clem does not replace qualified professional advice, and you are responsible for actions you take using outputs. Model subscription connections are subject to provider authorization, terms, availability and usage limits, and are available only where Clem explicitly supports them; connecting Clem does not increase a subscription's entitlements.
Open source
Clem's source code is published at github.com/mowfxy/clem under the MIT License, which governs your use, copying and modification of that code. These terms cover the Clem account service and the builds we publish at clem.m4labs.xyz. Builds made by others from the source are their responsibility, not ours. The Clem name and logo identify our official builds.
Price
Clem is free to use. There is no paid plan, and opening an account creates no subscription. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Clem available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may depend on third-party services. We may update the service, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law, with notice where appropriate and required.
Ending use
You may stop using Clem and ask us to delete your account at any time; export anything you want to keep first. We may end or restrict access for material violations of these terms, with notice and a chance to resolve the issue where appropriate. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights are unaffected.
Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These terms do not restrict any mandatory right to bring claims in your local courts.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service develops. The effective date appears above, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes when required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
